Analyze Your Needs

Kindly share your talent requirements and technology stack with our Customer Success Manager (CSM). Submit a detailed job description to inform us about the specific skills you are seeking. Whether you need a freelancer or a team of 5, TCT is ready to assist you. Our experts will review the description and contact you for further clarification and to address any queries you may have.

Step 3

Matching Resumes

You will assess the qualifications of the candidate list alongside your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM). Together with your CSM, you will decide which developers you wish to interview. In case you are unsatisfied with the initial shortlist, your CSM will proactively search for new candidates to meet your requirements.

Step 4

Interview

You will be able to directly interview the candidates through Zoom calls, giving you the chance to ask technical questions and evaluate their skills and qualifications. Additionally, you have the option to assign them a test task, which they will complete and deliver within a given timeframe.

Step 5

Shortlist & Start working

Once you are satisfied with a candidate, in most cases, the developer will be ready to commence work on your project immediately. However, to ensure a smooth transition, we will reserve the developer for one week before making them available for any other interviews.
